Pricing                    

Pricing is usually the hardest part of selling. It is easy when you use the NonBinding Auction Method. The beauty of the NonBinding Auction Method is that you never price your home at all. Instead, you allow buyers to price it for you. 

Do not guess the starting price! The starting price should be at least 50% lower than the price you are hoping to get. You will not obtain the price you show in your ad, no matter what it is. The market will conclude the fair price for every property offered for sale and that fair price will be far above the starting price.

Don't take any risks; let the market set the price!
