Chapter 6 [Sellers] Pricing
Pricing is usually the hardest part of selling. It is easy when you
use Real Estate Price Negotiator. The beauty of this method is that
instead of the Asking Price you offer buyers the Price Range and allow
them to price the property for you.
Starting
Price.
Do not guess the starting price! The starting price should be at
least 15% lower than the Market Value of the property.

The market will conclude the fair price for every property
offered for sale and that fair price will be far above the starting
price.
After you have found a buyer willing to pay the highest possible
price for the property, you will close the deal in the traditional
manner.
Don't take any risks; let the market set the price!
